I child is 67 days old . dry skin is formed around her neck and it's spreading on the shoulders. what to do?

A. Use NMFE vitamin E cream that’s going to be the best option when it comes to issues like dry skin that your child is suffering from use it regularly 3 to 4 times in a day and then gradually reduce it down to 2 times in a day this is going to be very fruitful as of now the situation
