I cannot hear the sound of my baby while breastfeeding .does it mean she is not getting milk

A. Hello dear parent, do not consider Google too much for everything. It some times shows fake articles , not written by doctors. Your baby should urinate 8 to 10 times or more in a day, if it is so, then she is getting enough milk from you.
