Q.

I can't pass stool without medicine.. after passing stool the anal area puffed up and I had a pain while sitting and pass uyire..

A. it seems that you are having prolapse of rectal mucosa sometimes that can be possibilities of piles also you have to consult a doctor for proper examination and appropriate advice in this regard
