POOJA GOSWAMIMom of a 10 yr 6 m old girl3 years agoA. Yes, you can give oats with mixed dry fruits powder to the baby. It is rich in fiber and proteins and help in overall growth and development. Try to avoid ready to eat oats as these have preservatives and artificial sugar, which is not good for health. Cook them properly either with milk or with veggies puree to increase the nutritional value.
