I bymistake gave my baby 2.5ml instead of 1.5 ml of dolo drops for 2 days. is it harmful?

Yes an over dose of medication is harmful especially in kids as it causes side effects like drowsy,dizzy ness, over sleeping and in the long run effect on the liver. So always check on the medicine composition and dosage according to the baby's age,weight and illness severity as guided by your Doctor.
