I bought a new plastic water bottle and my kid opened it somehow without my notice. My three yrs old tried to place it in mouth later I observed. Then I saw there was a silica gel packet with black stones like stuff. I don't know if he could have ingested it, it was a small and inch size pack. Don't know how many packs were there inside. I found one when I checked. pls guide
