I bought a breastmilk hand pump yesterday I tried several times but after 10 minutes of pumping. only less than 5ml of milk is pumped after that I feel bad and moodout .help me

See the breast pump is going to pump the amount of milk that you are making so maybe your breast or not making sufficient amount of milk as of now so you can take Shatavari powder three times in the day that’s really helpful in increasing the lactation consume food amount of fluids and they are also very helpful still if you are unable to produce are you feed it’s not working out sufficiently then you can check with a lactation specialist
