Q.
I being a mother of 2y 10 m old twins, recently feeling lower abdominal & back pain. This sharp pain arise 3 to 4 times a day. I only use hot bags for pain relief. Should I consult a doctor for it?

Very difficult to say why that pain could be sometimes that happens when you’re sleeping to shit is not correct sometimes it could be due to epidural if you had any at the time of your delivery so you should start doing back related exercises to release that pain
