I ammother of 10month 22dYs baby Mera baby 2 month se bilkul bhi kuch kha rha phle me zbrdsti dedeti thi but ab bilkul bhi kuch nh kha rha zbrdsti deti hun tb vomit krdeta he new new try kia sab kuch try kia but nh leta all time bm ki demand krta he bm itna nh hota pet bhar jaye bhut hi preshn hu kese pta kru baby kyu nh kha rha Help me

A. for good Growth of the child it is important that the child should get proper nutritional requirement which is very important for the growing child specially iron and vitamin D is required for better growth and cognition . also there is role of other micronutrients. one should ensure that the child should get a proper balanced diet which contains all types of nutrients essential hofor growth. any kind of infection specially any chronic infection should be ruled out and treated which may hamper the growth otherwise. aftcer 2 years of age you can give some powder like kids Pro/ prohance junior mix in milk twice a day for one or two months.
