Q.

I am working women having two kids and my age is 36years. I want to ask if any multivitamin, calcium, iron needed after this age in this hectic schedule. If yes than please suggest me for the same. Thanks.

A. see these are optional. calcium of course yiu can taje regular but iron no need if you taje iron rich diet. ok. try to do region regular exercise aa thars vital

A. hi if you are feeling healthy and enough energetic then no need of extra medicines. just take healthy and well blanaced diet. take different food items from different food groups like vegetables, fruit, nuts, pulses, beans, dairy products etc keep your body well hydrated avoid drinking RO water. take apt sunlight at least 20 minutes a day do exercises or yoga for 8 to 10 minutes. or go for walk daily. take enough sleep maintain good hygiene.
