if you are feeling healthy and enough energetic then no need of extra medicines.
just take healthy and well blanaced diet.
take different food items from different food groups like vegetables, fruit, nuts, pulses, beans, dairy products etc
keep your body well hydrated
avoid drinking RO water.
take apt sunlight at least 20 minutes a day
do exercises or yoga for 8 to 10 minutes.
or go for walk daily.
take enough sleep
maintain good hygiene.
