Q.
I am weaning off my baby girl.my breast become very heavy and painful give me some tips.how to deal with it

Remedies for hard breast during weaning
🔴 Do hot and cold press..apply ice for few mins and then apply heatpad for few mins
🔴 Refrigerate the cabbage and apply put cabbage leaves at night on your breasts
🔴Take hot water shower
🔴Wear a right size tight bra
It will take some time to stop the milk production in the body approx 3-4 weeks. Then it will be normal.
