Q.

i am very much worried if my 4 month old baby is getting enough breastmilk feed or not. sometimes even after feeding well she seems dissatisfied and after an hour, sometimes even sfter half an hour, she would demand milk. I don't want to give her formula but at times she screams so much that I have to give her formula. it happens because in 1 hour timeperiod my breasts do not get filled up enough. what can I do. please suggest. How do I increase my breast milk supply.

A. it is very much ok if you are giving formula milk to the baby. if the pee count is minimum 8 throughout the day and weight gain is fine then it means the bAby is getting enough milk. to increase your milk supply have roasted cumin with warm water twice a day. drink plenty of water in a day. have lactonic granuals. give warm compression on the breast.
