i am unable to get regular periods. its taking 3 months due

ExpertDr Priyanka KalraObstetrician and Gynaecologist4 years agoA. you need hormones tests. you have to be committed to lose weight. eat more of fruits and vegetables and take lots of water. exercise like aerobic and cardios toosee only the doctor who can see you in person can judge what is the right status. best to trust her
