Q.

I am unable to generate enough milk for my baby? Though I feed her 1 hour again she starts licking her hands. Can I use lactare capsule. if yes how many per day?

A. Licking Necessarily does not mean that your child is hungry this is just a very random habit of kids you just check the weight after one month if it is minimum 300 g plus than the birth weight that means your child is gaining weight and you can have lactation supplement and can go for formula feeding as well
