Q.
I am unable to feed my baby. it's not that he isn't latching. the problem is my milk production is almost nil. I have tried shatavari, lactonic granules for almost 1 month but no change can be seen. what shall I do?

Dr GhouseGuardian of 3 children3 years agoA. still you can try definitely you will succeed in getting milk to the baby it is the motivation of the mother that is more important for getting milk formula milk is a last resort

a day with warm milk.have all the seasonal vegetables and fruits curd porridge oats dry fruits
have a glass of water every time you are going to feed your baby.
