I am unable to eat anything everyday I feel a vomiting and my baby is of 20 days and I am unable to feed him

Burp well after every feeding
Take healthy protein rich nutritious food fruits
Wash hands often before touching your baby
Stay hydrated
Consult your doctor once for proper medical examination and treatment
Try to keep head up position while feeding
