Q.

I am unable to directly breastfeed my baby. I use expressed Milk to feed and in some cases I try to use that expressed Milk within 3 hrs. Is that fine or good for my baby's overall development? Although I have regret that he does not directly latch

A. Why do you have to regret it is not your fault you’re not doing it deliberately so stop taking so much of pressure on yourself it actually is going to affect your health and milk and it’s not your fault so just let it pass if you’re giving milk by expressing your feed by using a nipple shield it’s completely alright at the end of the day somehow you are managing to give your feet which is completely fine and there’s no problem
