Q.

I am unable to control My poop its coming urgently I delivered baby vaginal delivery on 24th feb please tell me the solution

A. you need to talk to your own treating doctor for same, as it's important in ur case, try to avoid too much of fiber rich food, keep yourself well hydrate.
