Q.

I am trying to loose weight..and I am 29 years old..now I am going for running only 30 minutes..I need to know diet.

A. Dear mum, for weight loss you should eat mindfully. Avoid foods which are high in calories. Avoid processed and packaged foods. Have a balanced diet having variety of food groups. Have all seasonal fruits and vegetables even green leafy vegetables. Have lean proteins like eggs, beans, pulses, low fat milk and milk products. Have healthy fats from almonds, flaxseed. Have small frequent meals and adequate fluid intake. You should continue to exercise.
