Q.

I am trying to exclusively breastfeed my 2 month 10 days old baby and tried every method jn my diet. Since we started formula for my baby due to jaundice i couldnt stop that at all, milk supply is also low to feed my baby… is there any way i can lactate enough to feed my baby without using lactogen?

A. Supplement you can of course take that actually helps a lot in increasing the breastfeeding apart from that you should have good amount of liquids into your diet and make sure to have good proteins also into the diet so these things definitely can help in increasing your lactation for your child
