Q.

i am trying to breastfeed my baby 100%. but my baby doesn't sleep well and cry most of the time. I have to give him formula so he can be full and doesn't fuss. but i feel so guilty abt it. how can I switch to only breastfeeding

A. Hello there ma’am please do not worry about it too much. Yes you should not give anything to the baby other than Mother’s milk till the age of six months. Please take Shatavari powder with milk twice a day to increase breast milk supply. Also feed the baby often which also helps in increasing breast milk supply. Masaage your breasts gently before feeding the baby. You can also use breast pump to take out milk which also helps in production of breast milk. Please massage baby stomach clockwise and anti-clockwise. You can also apply hing water on baby stomach. Also do some cycling leg exercises of the baby to relieve from constipation and gas. Please make the baby burp after every feed. Mother should chew saunf and ajwain after every meal. Thanks and take care
