Q.

I am the mother of 6 month old baby.. I have hairfall in high level.... Is this because of breastfeeding?? I did nt hve dis before!

A. it normal. take iron calcium and multivitamin regularly and protein powder with milk twice a day. eat protein rich diet. drink lots of water. massage scalp regularly

A. it is normal . in the time of breast feeding high amount of calcium gone from your body that's why you have hair fall problems. so you must include more calcium in your diet

Hi Postpartum hair fall can happen any time it is very normal and common so as of now focus on having good rich protein diet and iron supplements are going to be good alongside and also I would say that if you possibly can manage then you should start applying onion coconut oil you can very well prepared at home or you can find a recipe online for that it’s supposed to be quite good for this
