I am taking protein powder. want to ask that protein powder is safe during breastfeeding?? when we have to take day or night time? I am taking at night is this right?

Dr GhouseGuardian of 3 children2 years agoA. no problem taking Protein at anytime. if there is no relief it is advisable to see the doctor for proper examination if there is need for proper investigations also both for diagnosis and treatment
