Q.

I am suffering with low back pain since last night, suddenly I got pain and it was so severe not even able to walk or move sides.. What can I do to get rid of it soon?

A. it is very important to take all the supplement given by your doctor. specially take calcium vitamin b12 and vitamin d because many times due to their deficiency such pain can occur and also correct your posture while breastfeeding the child which is one of the most common causes of back pain and get physiotherapy

A. hello mom always take care before taking or lifting baby up try to bend in knees , keep back straight.. apply cold compress to get rid of pain and also to consult your gynecologist for further advice and treatment..
