I am suffering with breast engorgment since one month. I did incision and drainage and again affected with same complaint

A. Thank you for your response Madam but after expressing the milk the hardness remains same and with in 5 mits the hardness is increasing again. baby is sucking properly. im expressing milk with pump by hand and hardness remain same and its increasing.

A. it is always better to take help from your lactation expert who will recommend you various methods for improvement. It is completely related to hormones and the signal sent to the brain so it is very important to stay positively motivated.medicines are not of much help.if there is pain you can apply cold press locally and take Dolo tablet which is safe.repeated engorgement is not good

A. Start doing hot compress 3×4 times in a day depending upon the need and help to you because you may be producing sufficient amount of milk which is why this is happening so you can actually store the milk as well and you can use it later to feed the child when you have a good amount of supply then you should always do this thingWrite Your Answer Here
