I am suffering from gastritis after second delivery (6month completed)..please suggest any home remedies..

ExpertDr Bandana JoshiAyurvedic Physician2 years agoA. Make a powder of coriander seeds cumin seeds avd fennel and store in an air tight container abd take it half teaspoon twice a day after meals and avoid oily fried and heavy to digest foods and gave coconut water butter milk
