Q.

i am six month pregnant and i have low lying placentA...i don't take calxium tablets at alll..because I have constipation and vomit if i have that tablet..my hb is 8.3..what can i doAskTheExpert

A. Your Hb is on lower side so you must take an iron supplement so talk to your doctor about constipation and fir this you can sgive art taking desi ghee in warm milk at bed time and you need to rahe good care and rest is very important as you have low lying placenta

He should take proper rest Dasoju can do calcium and iron supplements are really very important so you have to take them and your haemoglobin is extremely extremely low usually need to work upon that by consuming good amount of beetroot pomegranate spinach broccoli and also sweet potato has very good content of Iron into it
