I am pregnant (first week of 2 trimester) suffering from cold and fever due to sudden weather change what care and meds needs to be taken

Hello mam, be in touch with your gynecologist and if you are able to feel the foetus - have a check on the movements , medication should only be taken as per her advice only, also keep yourself hydrated and have small meals, keep your self warm with some soups, kadha etc or halwa etc would be good, have seasoal fruits and vegetables as well too.
