I am pregnant 2 week, get confirm about 22 september 2026. please suggest folic acid tablet.

Best thing would be consulting a doctor at this stage as they will assess you and see if there are any high-risk factors which need more folic acid or not. Apart from this, you need to know about ectopic pregnancy and keep in follow up with someone
