i am postpartum 6 months. during pp5th month i started getting leg pain to be exact i can say knee pain, bottom of feet paining when i step out of bed, p legs feeling verr tired. how to handle this?

A. Hello mama There is nutrient loss from the body when u deliver the baby due to which u feel weakness. so eat healthy and nutritious diet . include dry fruits, chicken fish, fruits ,green vegetables in diet to recover nutrient loss. Also do not hold the baby for long hours. Get ur body massaged oftenly.
