I am planning to have my second child my first child will be 7 years old in July. I am overweight, can you suggest me some easy exercises to shed out this extra weight.

A. hello cardi excercise is very helpful to reduce your weight indoor or outdoor cycling is best or skipping and even yoga or some planks and squats are very helpful to reduce your weight and helps to keep you healthy and fit also which shpuld be good for you aswell
