I am overly exhausted all the time. Sometimes it comes to a point that I cant even open my eyes. I did all the blood teat and all seem to be normal what could be the reason

My meeting is sometimes due to low haemoglobin level nutritional deficiency not having proper diet stress anxiety low BP so lot of things are there or something is there which is continuously handling your mind which is why this is happening or your life is very tired and you’re not taking properly if you start taking 8 to 9 hours sleep anyhow every day I am sure there will be a change and also you need to work upon a high and diet for yourself like a protein rich or healthy diet so that you can consult a nutritionist to bring strength and energy in your body
