Q.

I am now 28 weeks pregnant. during my 27 weeks growth scan the fetal weight was 972 gms +- 142 gms. Doctor has prescribed some powder to drink with water morning and evening and has given calcium and other tablets. Please suggest me a good nutritious diet for gaining a good fetal weight. Kindly

A. Namaste Mam, Have ghee added to your meals y include dry fruits , nuts and seeds in your diet, were in you can either soak them over night and have , or add in kheer or porridge , milk or other recepies , make ladoos as well dals , panner , tifu , eggs , chicken fish if preffered lobia , rajma etc , also soya is healthy millets are quite nutrient dense as well
