i am not getting my periods since I gave birth.My daughter is 17months old.

A. it can be possible to have lactational amenorrhea up to two years also Further it is advisable to consult your local doctor for proper examination if required there is need for appropriate investigations also in this regard o k

A. That’s Very very normal because a lot of women do not get their periods for 6 to 8 months after their delivery and sometimes it can be longer than that also in this case I’m just going to advise you to consult your gynaecologist if you need to otherwise you can very well wait for another six months as well it’s no harm at all
