I am not getting enough breast milk for baby even though using breast pump.getting 8ml only

A. Hello good afternoon ! Direct latch by baby helps in good milk supply than pumping milk. Include lactating foods - Raw Papaya ,chikoo, poppy seeds,rusk,bread toast,garlic milk,garlic in curries,saunf water in mother's diet improves milk production.
