I am not able to produce milk after 11 days of normal delivery.. I have started shtavari also twice a day.. but no results.. kindly suggest..

A. hi, It is a demand and supply mechanism, so latch more often. make more skin to skin contact with ur child Have fluids before and after breast feeding. Take CurePerium powder with milk twice a day.
