I am not able to drink milk, can I mix protienx powder with water and drink as doctor suggested me to have protien powder to increase my weight

PallaviMom of a 7 yr 10 m old girl4 years agoA. hello... generally on the box they give options of mixing it with hot water also...so you can have it...but if still in confusion better ask ur doctor thatnis it fine to have it with water but I suggest it's fine tonhave with water as Protein is still.consumed..
