Q.

I am new mom its been 3 days no-breast milk generated yet, do i need to wait as it come automatically or i need to squeeze my breast hard so milk will start???

A. Hi, I have c section on 26 it’s been a week No bleeding at all not a single drop after that please suggest I worried. Is it normal no bleeding after c section do i need to wait more days ?

A. Please don't be harsh on yourself. Squeezing hard will cause pain. Give skin to skin touch to the baby more. Make the baby latch on breast. It will give signal to your body to produce milk. Talk to your gynaec about supplements. And you can even try Breast pumps. Pumping more will help you in production.
