Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 5 m old boy4 years agoA. the most common cause would be either due to calcium or vitamin D deficiency and you can take Physiotherapy for pain but after that see for the posture in which you are sitting and then meet your doctor for specific diagnosis and treatment
