Q.

I am mother of feeding 8 months baby and mine C- section.can i start doing the exercise.

A. yes, after 6 month of delivery you can start exercise. You need to consult your doctor before you get on any routine. You can do Yoga, Swimming and Aqua aerobics, Cycling.
