Q.

I am mother of 9m baby girl..had my first shot of covid vaccine(Covishield) last month, can i still breast feed my baby...is it ok...

A. yes you need not stop ok.To increase weight you must add high energy foods like eggs paneer , soya , ghee in rice , khichdi etc.this will boost him ok.See with babies not every thing will go as per rules.each baby has her own speed to learn and that's ok

A. U Had it last month so why are you asking the same question now you could have started feeding your child very same time after you got your vaccination done because there is no restriction on any kind of feeling after you get the vaccination done so of course you can go ahead if you have enough milk right now
