Q.

i am mother of 53 days old baby girl during my last month of pregnancy my bp started getting high ranging from 130-150 / 90-100.and now even after delivery it's the same not getting down now it's almost 7 week's taking medicne as well lebotrol what should I do ? should I wait for sometime or should I visit some physician for bp medicine ..

A. This medication needs to be changed and it may take even upto 6 months for the blood pressure to decrease and go back to normal. Better consult a physician for further management
