i am mother of 4 months 14 days old baby boy. i have to join duty after 1 months . i m very much worried about my baby as how will he survive without seeing me the whole day approx 7-8 hours. is my child get irritated not seeing me for long.however there is my mother in law to take care of him still I m very much worried about my child.plz give some tips.
