#asktheexpert sir my baby is 13 months old. She is on breastfeed along with solids. Can i start formula milk as an alternative as i need to join my duty soon. what to feed her during my duty hours?

A. Namaste Mom, As the toddler is now 1 year and above it is better to now introduce to them to animal or plant source milk as such , though cows milk is quite similar to mothers milk
