Q.

i am mother of 4 month baby ,i have small nipples so my baby couldn't able latch the breast from begging onwards so i use nipple sheild to breastfeed,now a days baby is not interested to latch . but if squeezed the milk he is drinking.. what will do to latch

A. hi your baby is 4 months old now you need to see if the latchment is adequate as you need to put nipple and the areola as much possible inside baby's mouth so baby can get adequate milk when sucked on it.see video on breast feeding on YouTube or take assistance from your mom or mil

A. Hello mom Once you start giving expressed milk to your baby then babies don’t like to take milk directly. Because they have to work hard while latching and sucking milk comparatively having a milk from bottle. So if baby is not accepting directly then you have to express your breast milk and continue giving it with bottle. Happy parenting Stay home stay safe
