Q.

I am mother of 3 months of baby. I have stinging pain in my breast sometimes and also mu left hand goes numb sometimes. Is it a symptom of vitamin deficiency?

A. First of all maintain right posture while feeding the baby and don’t hold baby in arms for long hours and apply warm compress on breast and manually express the milk and if excessive pain then take paracetamol

A. My gynac has checked my breast and told no lump or any infection could be seen.

A. Hi It is not necessarily due to any deficiency in the body it could be due to some issue also associated with those places so it would be better that you won’t get a check with your gynaecologist after checkup only she can tell you as to what is the right reason and maybe you may have to go for some scan or some test as well
