Q.

I am mother of 3 months baby boy .and I have pcos before pregnancy and now it will be cured or it will be continued .

A. well it will depend on your lifestyle. you have to be committed to lose weight. eat more of fruits and vegetables and take lots of water. exercise like aerobic and cardios too

A. Hi...i do have same problem. I think we need to continue with same routine that we followed before we got pregnant. Otherwise those symptoms will return. Start your diet n workout after few months. My baby is of 7 months now and i hv started controlling my sugar intake.

A. hello to know if the problem is cure or not it requires a proper examination and you will have to check with your gynecologist and she will advise you with some test to rule out if you still have the PCOS problem or not which can be helpful for you
