i am mother of 1month baby can I take galact tablets and shatavari powder both at time for milk production

A. Yes you can alternate time and not take both at once

A. Yeah you can,Doctors often recommend the powder form of Shatavari Kalpa for breast milk. The suggested dosage is 3-6 g per day. It can be taken with warm milk or water with honey.
