I am mother of 18 days baby boy. Milk is not producing more 3- 4 spoon. I have taken suggested medicines. kindly guide me. also need suggestion for Covid Vaccination. can I go for it

NikithaMom of a 10 yr 9 m old boy4 years agoA. hello you may try to take lactare tablet or galact granules which can help to increase the milk secretion and also have fruits and vegetables and green leafy vegetables especially sabaki and fenugreek which can help to increase the milk secretion and include khus khus which also will help too
