i am mother of 11 month old and breastfeeding rigrously .since evening i am feeling painon my one breast ( left ) also when i am touching it seems like lump ( ganth ) what could b the reason

A. must be accumulated milk in form of lump
need to release it
massage lightly, bathe in warm water, cold compress before and after feeds
consult a Lactation Specialist
